아이피통신 연속 2회 이용중입니다.

인터넷 설치시 현금지원은 발품 팔면 팔 수록 천차만별이지만 그래도 저는 그 중에서도 오래 영업한 곳으로 선택하는 게 좋다고 생각해요. 반짝 영업하고 없어지는 곳을 믿을 수는 없으니까 3년 전 알아봤을 때 그대로 있던 곳 위주로 몇 군데 추려서 금액을 확인해 봤어요.

알아보는게 너무 귀찮았던 저는 1월 초 3년 약정이 끝났지만 3월까지 아무것도 알아보지 않다가 더는 안되겠다싶어 마음을 먹자마자 전화해서 금액체크 후 결정을 하게 됐는데요.

오프라인은 지원이 아무리 많다 해도 온라인의 지원보다 금액이 많을 수 없다 판단해 알아보지 않았어요.

첫번째, 요즘 광고하는 아*당을 먼저 알아봤는데, 그곳은 지원금이 얼마 이상 줄 수 없다고 설명하더라구요.

두번째, 백*가는 전화하니 화들짝 놀라시며 다시 전화주겠다고 하고 제가 통화가능한 시간엔 연락이 없어서 패스했구요.

마지막으로 3년 전 이용했던 아이피통신으로 다시 전화를 했고 가격이 알아본 곳 보다 훨씬 높아 바로 설치예약을 했습니다.

셋톱박스는 클로바, 지니를 잘 써먹고있던 터라 그냥 단순히, AI셋톱박스로 해야지~했다가 애플셋톱은 할부금개념으로 월 납입금액을 납입후에 반납하지 않고 제가 갖게된다고 하는 안내에 [애플처돌이+애플셋톱 구매하려다 말았던 기억+모든걸 다 해도 이용료가 더 저렴]한 이유로 애플셋톱을 선택했습니다.

중간에 제가 KT전화를 못받아 설치를 못할 뻔 했지만, 우여곡절 끝에 급하게 설치해 기사님을 뵙게 되었는데요.

원활히 설치할 수 있게 도와주신 김회민 상담사님 감사합니다.

드디어 SK 설치기사님 오신 날,

친절하고 빠르게 설치 잘 해주셨고, 제가 가구위치를 자주 바꾸기도 하고 집구조상 와이파이 사용이 잘 될 수 있도록 위치를 바꿀 것 까지 염두해 기사님께 와이파이 위치를 상의를 드리니 불편한 기색 없이 추가로 위치잡는 것 작업해주셨어요.

애플셋톱도 기사님 아니었으면 후회했을 텐데, 사용 팁도 알려주시고, 불편할 수 있음도 미리 고지해주셔서 잘 찾아가며 후회하지 않고 잘 사용중이예요.

애플셋톱으로 선택한 탓에 아리를 부르지 못 해 아직 쪼금 불편하지만, 리모컨의 미관으로 아직까진 참아져요.

화요일 설치하고 상담사께서 고지한 날짜에 지체없이 바로, 고지한 금액으로 입금된 것 확인됐어요. 지원금 충분히 만족스럽습니다. 다음에도 아이피통신으로 계약하고 싶으니 오래오래 사업하세요.
